The S190 module has a dual function: firstly, it converts the eagleNet RS485 protocol into an Ethernet TCP/IP protocol, enabling the S200.smartOxygen module to connect to the facility’s LAN network; secondly, it transmits the eagleNet protocol through the facility’s LAN network using a pair of S190s, thus realizing the ‘tunnelling’ function.
